Every month members of the Leadership Connection receive a CD featuring a new leadership topic, a team building activity and a staff appreciation idea.

In our six years of production we have found that some of the most creative ideas for staff appreciation and team building come from leaders in child care. Of course many of our creative ideas come from team building experts who do nothing but facilitate team building ideas throughout the US and beyond.

Here's an opportunity for you to share your ideas. If we use one of your ideas, you will receive the CD(s) your idea was featured on. There is no limit as to how many ideas you can submit.

If you're a member of the Leadership Connection, you can pass along your FREE CD as a gift to a colleague. If you're not a member, you'll enjoy the wealth of information that's contained on the CD.
