For the past several months we have been surveying our members to see what kind of referral program we can set up so that we can inspire our members and followers to help us broaden our reach and help many more leaders create the positive and productive workplaces that they desire and deserve. Many great giveaway ideas were shared!

Here's what I'm taking action on:

Monthly Raffle

For starters, everyone who refers at least one new member during the month will be entered into a raffle for a $500.00 savings on a Team Retreat.

Quarterly Raffle Every quarter, we'll raffle off a FREE membership upgrade for one year. If you're not currently an active member, you'll be qualified to win a Silver membership. So membership is not required to participate in this referral program:)

Start referring your colleagues simply by printing out the following flyer, writing your name on it and distributing them. If your colleagues come directly to our site to sign up for a membership, we'll ask them via a survey question how they heard of us. Additionally to be sure you receive credit for the referral, you may ask your colleagues to send us an email stating that they were referred by you.
