The Heart of Staff Motivation

The heart of staff motivation is not a "carrot on a stick."  Yet, many leaders try to motivate and inspire their staff with rewards, incentives, gifts, and even stickers.  All of those things work to a degree but only when everything else taught in this program is in place.

During this module you will discover what is at the true heart of a motivated staff and how to incorporate those things into your child care program.  And yes, they will not drain your budget!
