You can listen online to as many audio programs as you like and will find many solutions to the challenges you face on a daily basis.

2) Members-only Discussion Forum
Get answers to the questions that you're facing through our member's only discussion forum. Julie personally checks in and provides answers to the questions you're facing. Julie's research team also checks in weekly to answer your questions and do your research for you! Talk about time saving!

3) Forms Resource Library
You'll find a wide array of forms that you can implement in your child care program. I know how valuable your time is, so our forms resource library was created so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. We periodically create and add new forms. If you don't see a form you need, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

These CDs are mailed to you and contain a leadership topic, staff appreciation idea and a team building activity.

5) Transcripts of the monthly audio program
Every month the transcripts of your monthly audio program are posted online. You'll have access to a special section of the membership site where you can print transcripts of the audio program. Read along as you listen or just read. Either way you'll have them to add to your resource library.

6) Live Monthly Coaching Calls
Every month Julie will set aside a 2-hour time period where you can call in and get your questions answered. Calls are typically 5-10 minutes. Your one-on-one time with Julie can be just the thing you need to get a solution to a situation you're facing or to further develop your motivational plan of action or do develop your plan of action for an upcoming staff meeting. It's a huge time-saver and stress reliever for our members.

From time to time special topic conference calls are arranged.
