I'm writing to you today to let you know about some changes that I made at The Leadership Connection.

Our website got a makeover!

The first change we just went through is our website was redesigned. I am also in the process of merging Motivate Teachers and the Leadership Connection. So there will be one site and not two. At http://www.lcforcc.com you'll find information about my speaking and coaching services as well as a member's only area where you can log in and access all of the wonderful content you're used to seeing. Our vision and goal is really, really clear and focused.

Staff motivation is still one of the major challenges in the child care industry. To help you overcome this challenge, I will be sharing a step-by-step system that you can implement to motivate and retain great staff. Monthly Audios

Our monthly audio programs for the main part will remain the same. The biggest change is that instead of being called: The Leadership Connection they will now be called "Special Topic Calls" for members of our "Inner Circle." We will still be surveying you to find out what topics you would like covered in the future and bringing you wonderful guests who have the solutions to the challenges that you face daily.

Your Next Audio Program:

Your next audio program is being mailed out this week. The topic is: Dealing With Emotions at Work. This program focuses on how we can use our emotions to build positive and productive relationships. I also explore how to keep your emotions in check and not take things personally so you can be an effective leader. There are also many strategies and ideas on this audio program that you can share with your staff.

Need some personal attention?

Mark your calendar for our monthly call in dates. I will set aside 2 hours every month on a designated day where you can call in and get personal coaching. This service will be first come, first serve and will conclude when 2 hours has passed. These 5-minute coaching sessions can benefit you and you organization tremendously. If you're stuck on an issue, or need help formulating a plan of action, a laser coaching session can help you immensely. This is your personal one-on-one time with me.

The call in dates will be posted on the member's page. The first call in date is Friday, February 19th from 11:00-1:00 CST. A special number for you to call will be posted as well.

Monthly Staff Training

Platinum members, we're ready to kick off this exclusive benefit for you. We've been asking for topics that you would like your team to be trained on and we're pulling together some fantastic one-hour training sessions. Each session will be recorded and posted on the membership site just in case you can't join us for the live session. The trainings will be facilitated on the second to last Tuesday of every month beginning on March 23rd.

Platinum members, as you know every month we are writing 2 newsletters for you (one for parents and one for staff).
