What are your plans for kicking off the school year?
I know many organizations are lining up training for their staff while others are struggling coming up with anything to do because of their current budget restraints.
So I had an idea -- something that I could do for you that would help you start the school year off with lots of smiles. This something that I thought of would be pretty effortless on your part and affordable too.
What I would like to do for the first 10 people who renew (or sign up) as an annual member to the Leadership Connection is create a personalized video with your pictures and thoughts. You can use this video as your launching pad for the school year. If you have music you would like to use, I can incorporate it otherwise we can make a selection from our studio collection.

1. Play it for your staff at your kick-off day or first staff meeting.
2. Post it on your website for promotional purposes. I'll provide you with the code. (MARKETING STRATEGY: If you upload it to www.youtube.com you can increase your search engine results to your website. I'll show you how to do that as well.)
3. Give it as a gift to your staff or to the parents. You'll receive a copy that you can play on your computer or TV. You can make as many copies as you would like to hand out.
4. Play it at a trade show or business function to boost your marketing efforts. You'll get it in high definition quality.
What kinds of words can you use?
Shorts phrases, a poem, your vision, your slogan, your motivational chat, people's names.
What kind of music can be used?
The music needs to be copyright free. I have a few websites I can share with you where you can pick out a song. Otherwise I do have studio music I can select from. You can also record a soundtrack of you speaking, the parents speaking or the kids singing.
How long can the video be?
The video can be as long as the sound track. Typically no more than 100 picture/phrase combinations.
We're only doing this for 10 people!

On this call I'll share ideas and thoughts for your video and you'll have the opportunity to bounce ideas off of the other folks who are taking advantage of this offer.
