There are 2 versions in this download to help you use the material as an effective training tool. One has fill in the blanks allowing you to read the answers while your staff fills in the blanks and the other is the answer key.

Additionally we've created a word search if you want to have some fun with this material. Have your staff find the words in the puzzle and fill in the blanks with what they think the answer is or have them search for the words in the puzzle after you review the material as a reinforcement to what was discussed. Either way the puzzle adds a bit of fun and teambuilding to the learning experience.
