Don't go it alone! I'm here to help you train your staff on how to be more constructive in the workplace in spite of the negative circumstances or people who they have to deal with on a daily basis. My training sessions will inspire team members to communicate more constructively and to project a positive and professional image on a consistent basis. They'll easily be able to identify destructive communication patterns and decide whether they want to be constructive or destructive in the workplace.

Every month you'll be invited to join us for a new conference call or web cast with your entire team. The calls will begin at 7:00 PM CST and conclude by 8:30.

Make these calls the focal point of your staff meeting (yes- make each session a team goal!). They will be interactive and replays of the calls will be posted here for our members just in case you can't attend a live session.

And yes - - team members will receive a training certificate for participating. You will receive a special sign in sheet and an outline for the call. There is a small processing fee for the certificates.
