In the child care profession, there never seems to be a shortage of difficult situations to handle. In my research for this month's topic, I reflected upon many difficult scenarios child care professionals might need to address. Confronting a team member about a certain behavior, firing a staff member, communicating allegations of abuse, talking to parents about children biting, talking to parents about late payments, and communicating staffing changes as well as communicating organizational changes were among the few.
